TRAINING (T)

The Department of Training (T) is responsible for developing and maintaining programs for the training and qualification of Auxiliarists and for other advanced training programs, including instructor qualification.

Working with the Operations and Vessel Examination Departments, it is responsible for developing and maintaining programs for training and qualification of boat crew, coxswains, vessel examiners and marine dealer visitors.

It is also responsible for developing and maintaining programs for the education, training and skill development of Auxiliarists in leadership, management and administration.

• Academy Support
